The University Place Roadway Reconstruction Project will impact vehicle access to Billings and Silver Special Collections from May 23 to November 15, 2022. University Place will be open only to local, emergency and delivery traffic.

During this time, visitors can access the Billings parking lot with handicapped spaces from Colchester Avenue using the entrance to the parking lot between the Fleming Museum and Ira Allen Chapel. They should not enter the parking lot, but proceed straight, taking the first right (at the end of Kalkin Hall) to proceed up the hill to Billings. From June 7 until about July 7, visitors should exit the same way, ignoring the one-way signs.
